- In 1979 Daniel A. Delgado Incorporated PRC Roofing Co., Inc. with his father.
- Daniel's sons Tony and Andrew run the company's Sheet Metal and Commercial Roofing Divisions day to day operations.
- Under his tutelage they have amassed a wealth of knowledge that he has passed down over his 45 years in the Commercial Roofing Industry and counting.
- As a City Of Houston Small Business and Minority/Small Business we hold SBE MBE and HUB certifications
- PRC is a Family Owned and Operated Business.
- We carry a Cooperative Purchasing Contract for Job Order Contracting (JOC) with extensive knowledge in cost estimating (RS Means).
- We carry C3 Credentials and Train Our Employees To The Gold Standard Amongst Commercial Roofing Contractors

- Safety is the most important aspect of Commercial Roofing.
- We employ a full time Safety Consultant to monitor our employees are operating in a safe environment while on site.
- We train every employee on Fall Protection/Fall Arrest and Safely Operating Construction Machinery such as Aerial Lift Equipment and Telehandlers.
- PRC believes the only way to be safe is to train and certify every member of our team with the latest OSHA and NRCA Guidelines.
- PRC Currently holds an Experience Modifier Rating of .71 which exemplifies our Priority on Safety.
